Volution Group completed the acquisition of I-Vent for €40m.

Volution Group, a manufacturer of ventilation equipment for commercial and residential customers, completed the acquisition of I-Vent, a residential ventilation systems manufacturer, for €40m. "We are delighted to have completed this earnings accretive transaction, and look forward to welcoming our new colleagues in I-Vent to the Group.
