Empower Brands completed the acquisition of Koala Insulation and Wallaby Windows.

Empower Brands, a multi-brand franchisor, completed the acquisition of Koala Insulation, an insulation services provider, and Wallaby Windows, a window installation service. Financial terms were not disclosed.
