Unilabs to acquire Atalmedial.

Unilabs, a supplier of clinical laboratory testing and medical diagnostic imaging services, to acquire Atalmedial, a service provider in the field of laboratory diagnostics. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to welcome Atalmedial to the Unilabs family soon. Healthcare costs are increasing, the diagnostic sector is fragmented and has to deal with price pressure. That requires scaling up and investment.
