Blue Sage Capital and Four Point Capital Advisors completed the investment in NexGen Financial.

Blue Sage Capital, an Austin, Texas-based private equity firm, and Four Point Capital Advisors, an independent broker-dealer that provides strategic financial solutions, completed the investment in NexGen Financial, a flexible capital solution for debt settlement companies.
