ASRC Federal completed the acquisition of Broadleaf.

ASRC Federal, a government services subsidiary of Arctic Slope Regional, completed the acquisition of Broadleaf, an IT services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition strengthens and expands our presence within key DoD agencies while also providing growth opportunities with new customers.
