Castleton Commodities International completed the acquisition of a majority stake in New Salem Harbor Power Plant.

Castleton Commodities International, a global energy commodity merchant with integrated businesses focused on marketing, merchandising, and trading commodities, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in the New Salem Harbor Power Plant. Financial terms were not disclosed. "CCI’s acquisition of NSH provides us the opportunity to deepen our presence in North American power markets,” Arvind Rajpal, CCI Principal Investments team.
