Synopsis

Edit

Jumbo, a supermarket chain, agreed to acquire six stores from Jan Linders, a supermarket chain. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition fits in well with our growth ambitions and is a wonderful opportunity for further reinforcement. Jumbo already has a good position in the regions where these stores are located and the stores that we are now taking over are a nice addition to our current store base. We welcome all new colleagues and look forward to working with them to make it a success,” Ton van Veen, Jumbo CEO.
