Graybar to acquire Valin.

Graybar, a distributor of electrical, communications and data networking products, agreed to acquire Valin, a distributor of automation, filtration, fluid handling, heating and process control products and systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to welcome the Valin team to Graybar.
