Carrier, a multinational heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, refrigeration, and fire and security equipment corporation, completed the acquisition of Viessmann Climate Solutions, a company that focus on the efficient use of energy and support the customers in reducing their costs and protecting resources and the environment, from Viessmann, a manufacturer of heating and refrigeration systems, for €12bn.
