Synopsis
Kaseya, a provider of unified IT management and security software, completed the acquisition Vonahi Security, a cybersecurity company that developed vPenTest, a SaaS platform that automates network penetration testing. Financial terms were not disclosed. Vonahi’s solution is designed to run heavily automated pen tests at affordable rates. A one-year subscription, which includes unlimited on-demand tests, costs about as much as a single manual test typically does, the company says, allowing MSPs who currently test clients annually if they test at all to do it regularly.
