Nippon Sangyo Suishin Kiko to acquire UNIZO for more than $100m.

Nippon Sangyo Suishin Kiko, a Japanese middle-market private equity firm, agreed to acquire UNIZO, a real estate and hotel business company, for $100m. NSSK believes that UNIZO Holdings’ business can be fully revitalized and also has potential for further development in the future by fully utilizing NSSK’s hotel management knowhow, its vast network, finance and human capital resources, among others.
