ATL Technology completed the acquisition of Gyrus Medical's manufacturing operations from Olympus Surgical Technologies Europe.

ATL Technology, a medical contract manufacturer with a focus on custom interconnect solutions and related assemblies for medical devices, completed the acquisition of Gyrus Medical's manufacturing operations from Olympus Surgical Technologies Europe, a development and manufacturing center for endoscopy, bipolar high-frequency surgery, systems integration in operating rooms and instrument reprocessing systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is a very strategic event for ATL.
