Majors Management to acquire MAPCO Express from COPEC.

Synopsis

Majors Management, a firm that develop, operate and support convenience centers with gasoline and retail sales, agreed to acquire MAPCO Express, a subsidiary of COPEC that operates a network of 304 fuel services stations and convenience stores, from COPEC, a Chilean company that operates through its various subsidiaries in the energy sectors. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are thrilled to bring the MAPCO and Majors' teams together. We are honored to maintain and grow the MAPCO brand, and we are excited to serve MAPCO's customers and uphold and build upon the culture of operational excellence at MAPCO," Ben Smith, Majors Management President.
