Majors Management, a firm that develop, operate and support convenience centers with gasoline and retail sales, agreed to acquire MAPCO Express, a subsidiary of COPEC that operates a network of 304 fuel services stations and convenience stores, from COPEC, a Chilean company that operates through its various subsidiaries in the energy sectors. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are thrilled to bring the MAPCO and Majors' teams together.
