Cramo to acquire Hyresbutiken.

Cramo, a provider of machinary rental services, agreed to acquire Hyresbutiken, a provider of rental and leasing of construction and civil engineering machinery. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of Hyresbutiken is in line with Boels Rental’s growth strategy with the aim to expand, not only organically, but through acquisitions like this one. This will further strengthen our market position in an area of Sweden which currently is in a very expansive phase.
