Team17-backed astragon Entertainment, a game developer, publisher, and distributor of simulation games, focusing on non-violent cooperative gameplay, completed the acquisition of Independent Arts Software, a traditional German firm that has been producing commercial game software since 1990. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is an important opportunity for the astragon team to accelerate its pipeline of new IP and add experienced, fully owned development capability to its operational footprint," Debbie Bestwick, Team 17 CEO.
