Brookfield completed the acquisition of a 51% stake in Rostrum Realty from Bharti Realty for $611m.

Brookfield, an alternative investment management company, completed the acquisition of a 51% stake in Rostrum Realty from Bharti Realty, a real estate development company, for $611m. “Bharti Enterprises and Brookfield Asset Management today announced the successful closure of their joint venture agreement for a 3.3m sq ft portfolio of high-quality commercial properties primarily located in the Delhi-NCR region,” Bharti Enterprises and Brookfield.
