KOSTAL to acquire Compleo Charging Solutions.

KOSTAL Group, a family-run company that specializes in electronic and mechatronic products, agreed to acquire Compleo Charging Solutions, a German pure-play provider of charging solutions for electric vehicles for different use cases, including public and semi-public charging.
