Kelso-backed BradyIFS to acquire FPC Distribution.

Kelso-backed BradyIFS, a company that is one of the largest food service and JanSan platforms in North America, agreed to acquire FPC Distribution, a distributor of cleaning and beverage equipment for the healthcare industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. “FPC is a great strategic and operational fit with our company.
