AMETEK completed the acquisition of Bison Gear & Engineering.

AMETEK, a provider of high-tech industrial solutions serving a diverse set of attractive niche markets, completed the acquisition of Bison Gear & Engineering, a manufacturer of highly engineered motion control solutions.
