Aegion completed the acquisition of Infraspec Services.

Aegion, a provider of infrastructure maintenance, rehabilitation and technology-enabled water solutions, completed the acquisition of Infraspec Services, a trenchless water rehabilitation services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The legacy and full-service nature of Infraspec make it a strong addition to our portfolio.
