GCP Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Kurtzman Carson Consultants from Computershare.

GCP Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Kurtzman Carson Consultants, a legal services provider specializing in corporate restructuring from Computershare, a company that provides corporate trust, stock transfer, and employee share plan services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is an exciting day for KCC's employees and clients.
