HUB International completed the acquisition of The Wooditch Company.

HUB International, a global insurance brokerage and financial services firm, completed the acquisition of The Wooditch Company, a privately held commercial insurance, risk management and employee benefits services firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Clients will benefit from the addition of The Wooditch Company to our team.
