Howden, a provider of a range of specialist insurance solutions to clients around the world, completed the acquisition of argenius Risk Experts, a highly regarded Swiss insurance broker and advises medium-sized and large companies on all insurance and risk issues, specialising in sophisticated risk analysis and portfolio placement. Financial terms were not disclosed.
