Geis Group to acquire a 66% stake in Quehenberger Logistics.

Geis Group, a standardised and customer-specific transport solutions provider, agreed to acquire a 66% stake in Quehenberger Logistics, a trucking and logistics services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We want to actively pursue the interesting growth opportunities in the South-Eastern European market. In addition to focussing on organic growth, we have therefore discussed various options for acquisitions.
