Thoma Bravo-backed Foundation Software completed the acquisition of AboutTime Technologies.

Thoma Bravo-backed Foundation Software, a developer of job cost accounting, project management and mobile applications, completed the acquisition of AboutTime Technologies, a software company and a developer of WorkMax, construction's leading platform for mobile project cost management. Financial terms were not disclosed. "AboutTime Technologies is a great addition to the Foundation Software product family because we share similar values — we both want to provide integrated, best-of-breed solutions to the construction community.
