Avanti Finance, an offeror of an array of loans, financial, mortgage, lending, and payment services, completed the acquisition of Limelight Software, a provider of software that empowers finance teams to manage, track, and monitor budgeting, planning, and forecasting. Financial terms were not disclosed.
