InfraRed-backed HICL, an infrastructure investment company, completed the investment in Altitude Infrastructure, a company specialised in the design, construction and operation of telecommunications networks. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This transaction brings additional diversification to our income strategies in a market and sector we know already well.
