PAI Partners-backed Myflower completed the acquisition of Interflora Sweden.

PAI Partners-backed Myflower, a European floristry business, completed the acquisition of Interflora Sweden, a part of the global Fleurop-Interflora network. Financial terms were not disclosed. This acquisition will allow MyFlower to further accelerate investments in its technology platform, which connects customers and florists, and will further strengthen its leadership in each market in Europe.
