Cogne Acciai Speciali, a manufacturer of stainless steels and nickel alloys long products, completed the acquisition of Special Melted Products, a manufacturer of premium specialty steels and nickel-based super alloys, from Mutares, a private equity firm, for €180m. “I could not be happier today to announce the exit of SMP.
