LT Corporation, an offeror of propane, ammonia, and dispenser tanks for residential, commercial, small industrial, and agricultural use, agreed to acquire Tate Metalworks, a supplier of alloy plates, fabricated and field-erected steel products with a focus on quality to a variety of industries.
