LT Corporation to acquire Tate Metalworks.

LT Corporation, an offeror of propane, ammonia, and dispenser tanks for residential, commercial, small industrial, and agricultural use, agreed to acquire Tate Metalworks, a supplier of alloy plates, fabricated and field-erected steel products with a focus on quality to a variety of industries. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re extremely excited to welcome Tate and all its associates to our family of companies and look forward to working with the team there to expand upon the previous success of Tate’s industrial business.
