Pardubice Retail Fund completed the acquisition of Arkády Pankrác from Atrium European Real Estate for €123.8m.

Pardubice Retail Fund, a Czech retail fund, completed the acquisition of Arkády Pankrác, a shopping center in Prague, Czech Republic boasting 38,700 sqm of retail GLA and 1,030 sqm of office GLA, plus parking for 1,100 cars, from Atrium European Real Estate, an owner, operator, redeveloper of community shopping centers and residential for-rent assets in Central Europe, for €123.8m.
