Livingbridge-backed Waste Services Group completed the acquisition of CSA Specialised Services.

Livingbridge-backed Waste Services Group, a waste collection services provider, completed the acquisition of CSA Specialised Services, a liquid waste and environmental services business. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to be welcoming CSA and APC to WSG. We have long-admired CSA and APC’s customer-first approach to doing business, an ethos shared by all at WSG. As part of the deal, we intend to materially invest further in CSA’s fleet and facilities, as well as APC’s team and service offering," Matt Tamplin, WSG CEO.
