Groep de Ceuster to acquire Hawita Gruppe.

Groep de Ceuster, a Belgian family holding company active in the development, production and distribution of commercial products in horticultural sector, agreed to acquire Hawita Gruppe, a manufacturer of soil & substrates, technoplant, and easypot products for modern horticulture. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I am convinced that Group DC is the ideal partner for the HAWITA Group.
