Enlightenment Capital-backed Boecore completed the acquisition of La Jolla Logic.

Enlightenment Capital-backed Boecore, a defense and space company that operates missile defense and cyber systems, completed the acquisition of La Jolla Logic, an advanced technology and engineering provider of cybersecurity, software development, and artificial intelligence/machine learning solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. ”La Jolla Logic has developed innovative and proprietary AI/ML and cyber technologies that enable mission success for their DoD customers.
