Suma Capital, an independant investment manager, completed the acquisition of a 90% stake in Zamora Eco Energía, a renewable heat networks, from DH Eco Energías, a company that generate and distribute energy through an urban heat network based on solar thermal energy and biomass, for €25m. “This investment represents an important step in our commitment to the energy transition and circular economy in Spain and Europe.
