Summit Partners completed the investment in Insight Partners-backed Keeper Security.

Summit Partners, a private equity investment firm that invests in a broad range of companies, completed the investment in Insight Partners-backed Keeper Security, a provider of zero-trust and zero-knowledge cybersecurity software. Financial terms were not disclosed. "While the current economic environment has led to a contraction in many areas of technology investment, the demand for secure and accessible cybersecurity solutions continues to accelerate. Summit has invested in security software for more than thirty years.
