Marchesi Antinori, an Italian wine company, completed the acquisition of the remaining 85% stake in Stag's Leap Wine Cellars, a winery, from Ste. Michelle Wine Estates, a wine-producing estate. Financial terms were not disclosed. “It is a good message not only for the realities of wine but also for the many companies and Italian excellences: can be ambitious enough to carry out operations of this type,” Renzo Cotarella, Marchesi Antinori CEO.
