LifeNet Health completed the acquisition of the wound business from Bioventus for $85m.

LifeNet Health, a regenerative medicine and life sciences company, completed the acquisition of the wound business from Bioventus, a company specialising in innovations for active healing, for $85m. “The sale of our Wound business will enhance our liquidity and enable a greater focus on execution," Tony Bihl, Bioventus Interim CEO.
