Ambienta, a European private equity manager, completed the investment in Previero, a company offers a complete range of machinery for the grinding of plastic, natural rubber, and synthetic rubber and recycling plants for the treatment of materials such as copper wires, tires and post-consumer packaging. Financial terms were not disclosed. The investment provides the company with financial and managerial resources, promoting further investments in fixed and human capital.
