Charlesbank Capital Partners to invest in Salus GRC.

Charlesbank Capital Partners, a middle-market private investment firm, agreed to invest in Salus GRC, a company that provides governance, risk, and compliance services to private fund managers, registered investment advisers, CFTC-registered managers, and broker-dealers.
