The Equity Club to acquire Tatuus Racing from Wise Equity.

The Equity Club, an investment company, agreed to acquire Tatuus Racing, an Italian chassis manufacturer for a series of formula racing series, from Wise Equity, a private equity company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “There are milestones that mark the path of people and companies. Today’s is certainly one of them.
