Industrial Opportunity Partners completed the acquisition of Harvest Food Group.

Industrial Opportunity Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Harvest Food Group, a manufacturer, supplier, and distributor of frozen foods. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We believe Harvest will be an excellent addition to the IOP portfolio.
