Nurture Landscapes completed the acquisition of CGM Group.

Nurture Landscapes, a specialist in interior plants, floristry and exterior grounds maintenance with a fresh green, completed the acquisition of CGM Group, a landscaping company providing horticultural, arboricultural, and landscaping services. Financal terms were not disclosed. “Nurture unequivocally shares the same values as ours, so selling the business on was absolutely the right choice for us to make, especially with our son Marcus staying on as its regional director. It was very important for us to ensure our commitment to our customers in providing green and sustainable services were protected and enhanced," Tim Glover, CGM Group Founder.
