Main Capital Partners-backed UHB Consulting to acquire Smart-Q.

Main Capital Partners-backed UHB Consulting, a developer of software solutions for hospitals, rehabilitation clinics, and other institutions in the healthcare sector, agreed to acquire Smart-Q, a developer of healthcare software for a medical documentation system. Financial terms were not diclosed. “With Smart-Q we can strengthen UHB consulting’s’ market-leading position in the palliative care sector for hospitals and hospices. This partnership will allow us to broaden our product portfolio and customer base, which in turn will make us even more attractive and valuable to our customers,” Thomas Unterhaslberger, UHB Founder and CEO.
