Synopsis
Penny, a chain of discount supermarkets, agreed to acquire 15 stores from Dico, a company operating in the Italian large-scale retail trade, for €17m. The 15 stores, branded Tuodì, Fresco Market and Ingrande, are located in Emilia-Romagna and Lazio and confirm the expansion policy of Penny, which expands its presence in the area with 437 points of sale, present in 18 of the 20 Italian regions.
