Yanolja, South Korea's tourism platform unicorn, completed the acquisition of Go Global Travel, an Israel-based company for global business-to-business travel solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. Through this acquisition, Yanolja will emerge as a world-class travel and hospitality operator that strives to build an integrated tourism environment without regional boundaries. Its cloud affiliate's channeling solution will allow the supply of South Korean tourism inventory developed by Yanolja and Interpark to customers worldwide and allow Yanolja to take the lead in greatly easing global access to the country's tourism content.
