Cortec Group-backed Enthusiast Auto Holdings, a platform that invests in and helps operate brands in the automotive performance industry, completed the acquisition of RCI Metalworks, a banner for off-road enthusiasts looking to take their vehicles to the next level in off-road performance. Financial terms were not disclosed. EAH is seeking to strengthen the RCI Leadership team with an established President & General Manager.
