Broviken Group completed the acquisition of a majority stake in SportsMed.

Broviken Group, a privately owned company group making long-term investments in sustainable Nordic companies within the service sector, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in SportsMed, a company that offers orthopedic surgery, hand surgery and physiotherapy for patients with private health insurance in Sweden. Financial terms were not disclosed.
