Transflo to merge with Assured Telematics.

Transflo, a developer of mobile, telematics, and business process automation solutions for the transportation industry, agreed to merge with Assured Telematics, a provider of fleet management software. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to integrate the extensive capabilities of ATI into the Transflo ecosystem.
