netgo, a DATEV specialist with a focus on tax consulting and law firms, agreed to acquire Glöckler & Lauer, an IT security, consulting, document management, and software development services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With Glöckler & Lauer and the nitsche Group, we were able to win two leading companies and continue to expand our lead in the law firm business with big steps.
